LEIPA UK Ltd.

HISTORY
WHICH JOINS

LEIPA Georg Leinfelder GmbH remains an independent family business, tracing its origins back to 1847 and Michael Leinfelder's first small mill in Bavaria. Today, his great-great grandson, Dr Hubert Schrödinger, leads a rapidly expanding group that produces over 800 000 t/a of paper in two mill locations and employs 1500 people.

LEIPA's cornerstones in business are:
  • Close partnerships with long-term customers.
  • Low hierarchy to enable quick and innovative decision making.
  • High rate of re-investment of profits into the business.
  • Environmental contribution through significant utilisation of wastepaper.
